 Yes, an interim ministry of the civil society was formed with the holy ghost,father and son taking  charge of the major portfolios.a self installed conundrum with no criterion of election , selection or  even nomination that justified the formation of such a core committee or cabinet; A committee that proclaimed they are the  chosen delegation of the entire civil society mass but who the devil made  them the  undisputed choice of the civil society goes un deciphered .Ha! Ha!-- ideal expression of participatory  democracy where the entire polity of a nation ,robbed of their right to choose, lie subjugated  to the monetary powerhouses whose chosen few steal the show and massacre the  memory of wisdom .  Who posted the father , son and the  holy ghost, in the seminal points of the civil society cabinet and on what criterion , would ever be a naughty mystery; a mystery similar to the midnight posting of the turbaned puppet in the emergency post created out of terrorizing and ousting the lady incumbent from the family succession drive of the prime ministerial chair for which an idiot boy is now making hasty preparations!

 CIVIL SOCIETY THEORY, COLONIAL FUNDING,  & 

THE EVENT MANAGEMENT

The role of USAID in Indian political economy  is that of subversion and fragmentation.  Assassination of Sanjay Gandhi,Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi planned and executed by US under various heads and  the ominous life threat  burst upon  Sonia Gandhi in the midnight hours  prior to her coronation best exemplify  the murderous  pulse of  US  intervention in Indian politics.A human figure with the exact body language of a  puppet was discovered befitting  to the auspicious  throne of the prime minister, an avtar hired for the the implementation of financial colonialism titled globalization.

The  theme of decentralization is pretty old set in motion from the ancient times , monarchs decentralizing power towards feudal lords . Federalism also carries the principle of decentralization. Mencher came to Kerala with a clandestine mission in 1972 but later exposed her USAID identity. with no shackles of anthropological fraud, that is the  cover for espionage mischief.  Franke who claims an anthropological lineage camouflaging his USAID identity, launched his programme of subversion of Kerala economy and leftist politics in 1986. took CDS as his centre of espionage and later opened a centre at Mundur for transacting data-base towards USAID, conducted camps on cartography and created maps  that integrated micro geological and eco-political details into the  topographical sheets  provided by US satellite engines all under the cover of resource mapping, abusing CESS and CDS   with the assistance of pigs and thugs known under the head of doctoral scholars .

           Franke could purchase  certain pseudo intellectual scoundrels, who migrated to the decision making bodies of the CPM as desired by the USAID to. operate the globalization agenda  set in motion by micro financing, finance marketing,development planning,participatory corruption, decentralization, sterilization of production , and  preparation of  civil society organizations to supersede the the machinery of the State and procreation of nation wide terrorism to demolish the unified system of  the State .

         Cartographic details of natural resources and asset were collected in minute details , early as 1990s, the objective being disintegration of production and economy. Objection to heavy industries, dams for irrigation and power, in the holy name of environment and all such absurdities were accepted as the law of the land.

      It was skillful. meticulous tactics of dread by which the corporates could evict humans from their natal life pitch and plant the vicious seeds of human rights mongers in the breed of Binayak Sen,  moaning and mourning against the terror unleashed by the State but escaping the truth that State has been horribly manipulated by the USAID  financial intervention;  Demonstration of State as a bestial machine that plays with blood , chopped heads and trunks.is possible in a climate confounded with inclement terrorism  and  anti state passion is the seminal agenda of corporate capitalism for spreading a global market deleting the frontiers  of nations for the free play of  commerce . In January 2003 , Paatom  said it in the sane voice of  M.N.Vijayan that CPM is suffering an ideological suicide as it fell victim to the trap laid by colonial finance measures. Tempted by  sources of finance   roaring around its sense of destination, the party bosses,decided to grow big by  financial deals , to sell political conscience for the profit of belly inflated  with the greed of power. Then the party media discharged a heap of abuses against the unpleasant truth that distorted and disfigured the leftist identity of the party. It was  a war against truth launched by arrogance, peopled with the voices of insanity.

NOW- that the organs and organization of the party are infected with the malignancy of  foreign financing the director board of the political corporate which runs heavy structures of media industry, hospital industry ,tourism industry and political professionalism in general, deploying and exploiting lakhs of humans for wages paid as crumbs from monstrous collection campaigns and mounds of filthy  receipts of corruption, has confessed rotting at the expense of comrades at the  individual level 

The party now claims that it has started a rectification campaign at the individual level since the the board  of directors conclude  that the organization lost its ideological punch and  force of political ethos not due to the fall  in the policy and vision but due to the rotting of party comrades working at the bottom level.

Nor is Achuthanandan, the overgrown hypocrite,and the travesty of a counterfeited martyr and crusader, a professional murderer of political honesty and ideological conscience who keeps obscene financial trucks with the kennels of top corporate -- and who dines with the criminals in the genus of Mohammed Rawoof  is  the sinner at the individual level Acceptance of finance from the brokers of finance internationalization is the  cardinal  crime( committed by the party top officials ) that   ruined the history and existence of the party. . The party led governments    propagated the hegemonic discourses of development ideology programmed by the global finance capital brokers . and fell victim to the trap of finance  in the name of holy development projects that sterilized the productive potentials of a the nation; received huge amounts as grants -wages -for pimping financial colonialism.Colonization by financing is the agenda of global capitalism, and Prakash and co. played and still continues to play  vicious role mediating the colonial interests of the foreign masters.

Mr. Secretary general is the colonial  cousin in hiding, a  terrific  histrionic talent ,  acting and manipulating beneath the breast, a chromosome thread of betrayal dressed  in the  linguistic  outfit.of thunderous revolutionary  drama. Financier is his deity and  financier cult  is  the supreme hegemonic force that governs the massive psyche of the party organization. No ;even the Secretary general ,a  genial   factory of  coloured utterances is not the accused at the individual level.
